Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter, based in Bengaluru. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and negotiating offers. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, utilizing various recruitment methods to attract technical talent, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The role requires a proactive approach to fulfilling hiring needs efficiently, ensuring the best fit for both the organization and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
  • Expertise in Technical Recruiting and talent sourcing strategies
  • Experience with Hiring and Recruiting processes across diverse technical roles
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple open roles
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience recruiting in the IT or technology sector is a plus
