Fun Play Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading and 100% in-house manufacturer of kids' play equipment, outdoor gym equipment, flooring, and garden décor equipment. Based in Vasai, the company operates out of a 75,000 sqft space with in-house capabilities for production, design, storage, and quality checks. With an extensive product range including playground equipment and roto-molded products (LLDPE), Fun Play Systems has successfully installed over 75,000 units across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, liaising with the production team for order fulfillment, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy Development

  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the play equipment or related industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
