About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Transport Coordinator to manage daily collection operations. The role requires strong coordination between drivers, clients, and the internal team to ensure timely and accurate collection of goods/materials. Excellent communication skills are a must to handle client interactions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule vehicles for daily collections and dispatches.
  • Communicate with drivers and clients to confirm collection timings and requirements.
  • Monitor and track vehicle movements to ensure on-time collection.
  • Maintain collection slips, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
  • Resolve transport-related issues (delays, rerouting, emergencies) promptly.
  • Collaborate with the operations/logistics team to track and update collection status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic rules, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in transport coordination/logistics/collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and drivers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and basic transport/logistics software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
