Hiring Logistics coordinator

Location: On-site

Shift: Night (6.00 pm am)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator / Freight Broker to manage daily freight operations, coordinate shipments, and build relationships with carriers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, freight brokerage, and transportation coordination, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
  • Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and drivers.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle documentation, dispatching, and follow-ups for ongoing loads.
  • Resolve shipment issues, delays, or disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Freight Broker, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations (domestic/international).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
