Key Responsibilities

  • Review product designs and apply DFM principles to ensure manufacturability and
  • cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T reviews, and design validation to ensure robust production.
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with design, R&D, and engineering teams to shorten product development cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the
  • manufacturing environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes and machinery.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Evaluate and implement automation and Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Train and support production staff in new technologies and best practices.
