Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of high-end residential properties, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, coordinating with developers, hosting property tours, negotiating deals, and preparing sales reports. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a client-first approach to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in market analysis and developing sales strategies
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly luxury and high-end residential properties
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
