The Director of Outreach and Admissions strategically recruits, enrolls, and retains a diverse and qualified student body by integrating the admissions process with the University's overall strategic enrollment management plan, leveraging data analytics, and fostering a collaborative environment with other departments.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

The primary goal is to achieve specific targets for student enrolment, class size, diversity, and academic quality, by creating an annual recruitment plan as per the university requirements.

Lead and oversee the end-to-end school outreach strategy. Identify and target diverse pool of prospective students through various channels. Build and nurture strong relationships with Principals, Counsellors, education influencers and senior school leadership teams. Expand the outreach network by onboarding new K–12 schools, coaching institutes, and academic partners. Plan, conduct, and supervise outreach presentations, workshops, and student engagement initiatives.

Execute large-scale outreach events such as Principal & Counsellor meets, open houses, and campus programs etc. Direct digital outreach initiatives through webinars, online orientations, and virtual campus tours. Lead campus-visit engagements and ensure meaningful interactions for school delegations and prospective families.

Develop promotional materials to effectively communicate the university's value proposition to attract right candidates. Represent the institution at major academic fairs, conferences, and student forums to enhance brand visibility. Stay current on new technologies and trends in recruitment, admissions, and student engagement, implementing new tools and strategies as appropriate.

Oversee the end-to-end admissions process till enrolment of students and provide a positive experience for the students and their families. Work with the student life, financial assistance, academic administration and other departments for retention of new students. Embed diversity and inclusion principles through the entire process

Oversee day to day operations for outreach and admissions processes, supervise team members, provide guidance, training and support to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Monitor and manage department budget.

Track and analyze outreach impact, lead funnel performance, retention rates, conversion metrics etc for improvement towards the goals. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement in outreach initiatives.
