Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to ensure student applications, enrolment and admissions as per university requirement.
- Plan and conduct Outreach events like school visits, open houses, workshops and applicant meet ups, campus tours, college fairs and special events.
- Build and manage counsellor and influencer network to strengthen outreach pipeline
- Strategize digital media engagement and reach. Creating and executing online campaigns including emailer campaigns for various databases, social media campaign strategy and execution, online event promotion and execution and facilitating online interactions between Krea and various stakeholders in schools and applicant base. In-depth website and Social Media analytics and generate insights for better decision making, online presence.
- Engage with digital marketing and IT teams to ensure Krea University rises in its search rankings and deeper stakeholder engagement.
- Liaison between the university and the external stakeholders related to outreach operations. Design and implement methods to create a good buzz about the programme among aspiring students and influencers. Oversee distribution of promotion and marketing materials and maintain good brand message.
- Track outreach impact, lead funnel, and conversion data for assigned territory.
- Guide prospective students through admissions stages to achieve enrolment targets.
- Mentorship and training of team members. Prepare, administer and oversee budgets.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and oral communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to work with diverse populations and stakeholders.
Knowledge of various courses and higher education segment in India and abroad.
Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend work and travel.
