Role & responsibilities -

1- He shall prepare draft brief for the consultants based on the confirmation received from the management and the marketing team.

2- Ensure that the design intent of the services is incorporated by the

consultants in their design and drawings for the purpose of planning and

execution.

3- Check design and drawings issued by the consultant before passing them on to the contract department and to the site.

4- Check specification, BOQ and cost estimates prepared by the consultant before incorporating in the tender documents.

5- Assist coordinator and Manager Architecture in preparation of documents for EIA, consent to Establish or consent to operate CGWA, RERA etc.

6- He will also be responsible for designing and planning small jobs.

7- Assist coordinator is preparing schedule for all the MEP works, attend

meetings and the follow up actions related to MEP works.

8- Assist quality controls cell in exercising quality control for all the works.

9- Visit sites to calculate progress and quality of works. He will ensure that the work is being done to the required standards.

10- The MEP will also be responsible arranging NOC for site, for substation equipments, elevators & escalators , equipment, elevators and escalators.

11- Prepare schedule of events for preparation of the history of the project.

12- Prepare cost estimate per square feet/per acre for the MEP services.
