Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV, etc.) using Revit.
  • Prepare detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schedules from the BIM model.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, project standards, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
  • Update models as per design changes and maintain model integrity throughout project stages.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines using Revit.
  • Support BIM Coordinators/Managers in implementing project workflows and quality checks.
  • Stay updated with BIM standards, software advancements, and best practices

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent qualification. 3 to 7 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling (international projects preferred).
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
  • Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD levels and project documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
