Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

LOOH is a fast-growing hostel & PG booking platform for students and working professionals.

Our mission: "Find verified, budget-friendly hostels in seconds."

We are scaling fast in Patna and planning multi-city expansion.

Role: Marketing Manager

A highly energetic, creative, and result-driven person who can handle online + offline marketing, grow student bookings, and build the LOOH brand in colleges and hostels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Student Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

  2. Colleges, coaching institutes & tuition hubs me LOOH ka promotion plan banana

  3. Campus activation, stall setup, poster campaigns, and direct student outreach
  4. Daily student installs target achieve karwana

  5. Referral program execute karna (₹500 coins + offers)

  6. Social Media & Performance Marketing

  7. Instagram + Facebook paid ads run karna (App installs + bookings)

  8. Reels, shorts & promotional content plan + manage
  9. Daily social media calendar banana

  10. Influencers, student creators & micro-creators se tie-up karna

  11. Brand Building

  12. LOOH ka brand tone, design, posters, and creatives maintain karna

  13. Partnerships with coaching centers, hostels, and local student groups

  14. Offline material (posters, banners, flyers) design & manage

  15. Field Team Management

  16. 2–4 field promoters ko daily task dena

  17. Daily reporting & attendance system manage karna
  18. Hostels onboarding field executives ko targets dena
  19. Weekly targets:
  20. 1000+ student reach
  21. 3000+ installs

  22. 200–500 bookings (monthly)

  23. Analytics & Reports

  24. App installs tracking

  25. Booking data analysis
  26. CAC (Cost per Acquisition) calculate karna
  27. Weekly marketing performance report banana
  28. Improvement suggestions dena

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi essential, English bonus)
  • Social media ads ka basic knowledge
  • Creative mindset – reels, posters, campaigns
  • Student behavior understanding
  • Team leadership skills
  • High energy + on-ground execution mindset
  • Basic Canva + Excel skills

Preferred Background

  • EdTech, student services, hostels, food delivery, or startup experience
  • Havells/Airtel/Vivo/EdTech field activation experience
  • Performance marketing knowledge is a plus
