**Key Responsibilities**:
Local Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Lucknow and nearby feeder markets to create impactful marketing strategies.
School Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, enabling effective partnerships for brand awareness.
BTL Marketing Activities: Independently plan and execute activities like leaflet distribution, canopy setups, mall activations, Seminars and more to CareerMarg.
Network Building: Develop and maintain connections with admission advisors, and bookstores, and establish new partners in the local market.
Home Demos & Admissions: Conduct home demos and drive conversions to meet CareerMarg's admission goals.
**Target Achievement**:Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
**Team Management**: Lead and motivate a small team to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities and target fulfillment.
**Data & Reporting**: Analyze data from marketing activities and provide timely reports to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on BTL activities in the education sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a network of contacts in the Patna region.
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and manage a small team effectively.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Ownership of a 2-wheeler is mandatory.
