About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic finance professional to join our Founder's Office and drive key financial initiatives that shape business decisions. You'll work cross-functionally with strategy, operations, and leadership teams to bring financial clarity, streamline reporting, and strengthen business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and financial reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop, update, and present short-term and long-term financial forecasts to management.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate MIS – including Cash Flow Reporting for leadership review.
  • Build, monitor, and analyze inventory-related KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, aging, obsolescence), delivering actionable insights.
  • Partner with business and controllership teams to identify risks and opportunities impacting cash flows and working capital efficiency.
  • Support annual operating plans, budgets, and scenario planning models.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and reporting requirements.

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead projects end-to-end.

Qualification

  • CA / MBA from a Tier-1/2 B-School is preferred.
  • Experience in top tier consulting firm in strategy and corporate development are welcome.
  • 1–2 years of work experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2C business models, especially around cash flow and working capital dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving financial insights and influencing business decisions
