Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Zonal Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is a senior full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in driving sales growth, managing sales territories, and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce, lead generation, and business development (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software to maintain customer relations and sales data efficiently.
  • Ability to conduct precise sales forecasting to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proven track record in territory management to ensure equitable distribution of sales efforts and resources.
  • Strong team leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving company goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions for improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues in the assigned zone.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, training, and coaching to achieve maximum performance.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to position company products effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the dental industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee territory allocations and adjust strategies to enhance market penetration and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Track and report sales performance regularly to the senior management team, suggesting improvements as needed.
