HR Intern – Walk-in Interview

Job Type: Internship (0–6 months experience)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and staffing while working closely with industry mentors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain candidate database and documentation
  • Support HR team in recruitment drives and onboarding activities
  • Handle basic HR operations and communication

Requirements :

  • 0–6 months of experience in HR/Recruitment (internship/academic projects acceptable)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel & LinkedIn (added advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment & HR processes
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
