Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound sales calls from the office to drive conversions and repeat business. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Explain platform usage, assist in placing orders, and handle basic client queries. Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth post-sale processes. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collect market insights and feedback to support product strategy and improvement.
