Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

·      
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and forecasts. Analyse financial performance and report variances to management.

Compliance:
Ensure the company adheres to all statutory and tax requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulations, and manage timely filing of returns.

Auditing:
Coordinate with and support internal and external auditors, providing all necessary documentation and explanations to ensure timely completion of audits.

·      
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts, monitoring performance against these plans.

·      
Project Accounting:
Work closely with project teams to track project-specific costs, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and manage project-related financial documentation.

·      
Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and documentation procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

·      
Vendor and Customer Management:
Manage vendor payments and relationships, and ensure timely invoicing and collection from customers.

·      
Team Leadership:
Potentially lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and oversight

·      Coordinate for external audits and other statutory inspections and verifications.

·      Facilitate monthly internal accounts audits.

·      Prepare final Financial Statement with notes to accounts and Monthly MIS.

·      Income Tax and GST Related Cases

·      Coordination with Internal / External Auditors and Legal team for any legal issues.

·      Preparation of Provisional / Projected Balance Sheet

·      Comply with required statutory acts and advise the Management on impact of new regulations if any.

Work Hours and Benefits:

  • Work a full-time schedule during regular business hours.
  • Days – Monday to Saturday (2

    and 4

    Saturday Off)
  • Salary – up to 25 LPA
  • Experience - Minimum of 15 Years

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified CA/ M. Com/ CA Inter
  • Experience in project-based accounting, particularly in the solar EPC sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., Ind AS) and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
