Experience Required: 10 – 12 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all financial and accounting activities of our transformer manufacturing operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, handling audits, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance Management

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of all financial transactions.
  • Manage working capital and monitor cash flow effectively.

2. Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax returns and ensure timely filing.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and government regulations.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Provide management with cost analysis, budgeting, and variance reports.
  • Support decision-making by offering financial insights and forecasts.

4. Vendor & Customer Accounting

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.
  • Manage vendor payments as per credit terms and company policy.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.

5. Coordination & Team Management

  • Lead the accounts team and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.
  • Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and production departments for cost allocation and reporting.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / BUSY accounting software.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing accounting, costing, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards.

Salary: As per industry standards
