Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, leading and motivating the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Sales Management
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
