Sales Manager - Sales Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a successful Assistant Sales Manager.
- Should possess banking/ NBFC/ PA-PG services experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities in the Fintech industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Ability to deliver after-sales service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
