Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Delhi, India. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, managing resources, and analyzing operational performance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and maintain high-quality standards in line with the company's goals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and addressing operational challenges promptly.

  • Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong Communication abilities to interact with stakeholders and ensure clarity in processes
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Familiarity with the footwear or retail industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
