private label manufacturer
with a strong legacy in the kidswear industry and a part of the Halfticket Apparels group.

With decades of experience working with
renowned national and international brands
, we specialize in delivering high-quality boys wear, babywear, and kids fashion with fast turnaround times.

We are expanding our business development team and looking for a
highly connected, experienced, and results-driven professional
to bring in new private label clients and scale our manufacturing orders.

Role: Sales / Business Development Manager – Private Label

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business for our factory by leveraging your network, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills.

This is a performance-driven role with
excellent earning potential
through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire
    new private label clients
    in kidswear/boyswear/babywear segments.
  • Leverage your existing
    industry network and buyer relationships
    to bring consistent orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sourcing heads, designers, buying houses, and retailers.
  • Understand buyers' requirements and coordinate with our design, sampling, and production teams.
  • Lead client presentations, costing discussions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive steady order flow for the factory.

Requirements

5
+ years experience
in
private label manufacturing / kidswear sales / buying / sourcing

Strong network with
buyers, sourcing managers, brands, and MBOs

Proven track record of generating orders for an apparel factory

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel if required

Knowledge of kidswear, fabrics, trims, and production will be an added advantage
