Responsibilities:
Develop International Marketing Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify global market opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Define and implement the international marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Identify target markets, segments, and key competitors in different regions. Evaluate and select appropriate marketing channels and distribution networks for international expansion. Develop pricing strategies and positioning for international markets.
Product Launch and Promotion: Plan and execute international product launches, including market positioning, branding, and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product introductions. Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools to support international sales teams. Coordinate with global marketing teams to align messaging and promotional activities across regions.
International Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns targeting international markets. Utilize a variety of marketing channels such as digital marketing, advertising, events, trade shows, and public relations. Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to develop impactful marketing materials. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Market Expansion and Relationship Building: Identify and evaluate potential partners, distributors, and key opinion leaders in target markets. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and regulatory bodies internationally. Collaborate with sales teams to provide market insights, competitive analysis, and support business development efforts. Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Stay updated with international regulations and compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products. Ensure marketing materials, claims, and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in target markets. Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to facilitate product registrations and approvals in different regions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience (X+ years) in international marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. In-depth knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations, industry trends, and market dynamics. Proven track record of developing and executing successful international marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and emerging marketing trends. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
