We're Hiring: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location:
Noida (Hybrid/Onsite as per project needs)

Experience:
12–18 Years

Are you a ServiceNow expert ready to lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation? Join us to shape impactful solutions and elevate client experiences.

What You'll Do:

Lead pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client presentations

Oversee end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery

Act as a trusted advisor for clients across industries

Mentor junior talent and contribute to practice development

What We're Looking For:

12–18 years of IT experience, with 8+ years in ServiceNow

Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD modules

Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) preferred
