We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to support the core business-as-usual (BAU) operations of the rapidly expanding AWM Data Lake ecosystem, which currently serves over 800 users across the enterprise. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of Data Lake services, with a strong focus on GenAI use case enablement, operational support, automation, and metadata management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-impact solutions and maintain robust data governance.

Key Responsibilities
·       Review and contribute to use case integration strategies across Data Lake and SharePoint databases.

·       Support ModelOps activities including model monitoring, UAT, and implementation.

·       Assist in the development and maintenance of Data Quality dashboards.

·       Support the design, development, and implementation of GenAI use cases for Data Lake users.

·       Act as a GenAI solution SME, supporting setup, enablement, and service delivery.

·       Provide automation support across Data Lake operations including: ServiceNow, Analytical Tools like Dataiku, Sagemaker and BAU processes

·       Maintain and enhance metadata management frameworks.

·       Provide support for AWM Data Lake tools and BYOD (Bring Your Own Data) processes.

·       Respond to ad hoc requests and provide hands-on support to Data Lake users.

·       Coordinate with domain owners and QA leads to implement consistent testing strategies.

·       Identify data quality gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and fund remediation plans.

·       Partner with the Analytic Tools workstream to onboard new tools and promote training opportunities.

Required Qualifications
·       Strong analytical and project management skills; effective cross-level collaboration.

·       Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech.)  in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

· to 5 years of experience in data analytics, cloud platforms, or data lake operations.

·       Hands-on experience in: SQL, Python, SharePoint development

·       Practical experience with AWS cloud services, specifically SageMaker and Athena for SQL-based data operations.

·     Familiarity with GenAI, AWS Bedrock and foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)

·       Proficient in data visualization tools, with a preference for PowerBI.

·       Familiarity with analytical tool: Dataiku

·       Strong technical, analytical, and quality control capabilities.

·       Excellent communication; comfortable engaging with senior US stakeholders.

·       Financial domain knowledge and awareness of industry trends.

·       Strong understanding of metadata management, data quality, and model governance.

·       Exposure to ModelOps and UAT processes.
