The Opportunity
We're looking for a Co-Founder (Technology)
- a senior, hands-on technologist who can translate a clear product vision into a world-class platform. You will lead all things tech: architecture, product build, AI integration, scalability, and delivery. This is a
founding-level partnership
for someone who wants to build a USD 100M company in next 3 years - from Bangalore, with grit, ownership, and belief.
What You'll Own
- Architect and lead the development of our web-based Leadership Accelerator platform - from learner dashboards to analytics and cohort systems.
- Integrate AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning journeys, and conversational coaching tools.
- Build lightweight MVPs fast, test user behaviour, and iterate for adoption and engagement.
- Set up engineering systems, development pipelines, and product analytics for growth and scale.
- Collaborate directly with the Founders on GTM, enterprise pilots, and investor discussions.
- Establish product reliability, security, and learner data governance from day one.
- Eventually, build and lead a small but high-performing engineering team.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 35 years old, based in Bangalore, and able to devote minimum ~50% of your time.
- 10+ years in product engineering or full-stack development, with proven experience building SaaS or EdTech platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI applications - personalization, recommendation systems, or NLP-driven products.
- Previous startup or founding experience preferred; must be comfortable building with limited resources.
- Deep believer in craftsmanship, clarity, and building products that genuinely improve lives.

3 to 7% (sweat-based, structured vesting). - No salary until funding
