We're Hiring: CTO & Co-Founder (Equity Only) -Bangalore

Leadzo is building a
modern SaaS lead-generation & service marketplace platform
designed to connect customers with
verified service professionals
across industries such as MarTech, Legal, Home Services, Health & Wellness, Construction & Trades, Education, and more.

Our
product is built and ready for launch
. We are now entering the market-testing and scale phase, and we're looking for a
hands-on CTO & Co-Founder
to take complete ownership of the technology and help build a high-growth startup from the ground up.

Technical Expertise Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with the
    MERN Stack
    (MongoDB, , React, )
  • Expertise in
    API development, backend architecture, and database design
  • Experience with
    third-party integrations
    , including:
  • Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
  • Google Ads & Meta Marketing APIs
  • Authentication, email, and analytics tools (Firebase, SendGrid, GA4, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of
    cloud infrastructure & deployment
    (AWS or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of
    DevOps best practices
    , CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
  • Ability to design and scale
    secure, modular, and high-performance systems
  • Strong understanding of
    performance optimisation, security, and scalability
  • Experience managing
    live production environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    end-to-end technology roadmap
    and product architecture for Leadzo
  • Refine, optimise, and scale the
    existing SaaS marketplace platform
  • Lead all
    technical decisions, system design, and integrations
  • Implement and manage
    payments, marketing APIs, automation, and analytics
  • Ensure platform
    reliability, security, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with founders, business, design, and growth teams
  • Translate business requirements into
    robust technical solutions
  • Define and enforce
    engineering standards, best practices, and workflows
  • Build, mentor, and lead a
    lean, high-performing engineering team
    post-launch
  • Take ownership of
    execution in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
