The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers, resolving queries efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Handle and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post -onboarding support.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, etc.) to resolve issues and improve processes.Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.Collect feedback and share insights with the team to enhance customer experience.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.Key Skills & Qualifications:6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).Strong problem -solving abilities with a customer -first mindset.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.Familiarity with CRM tools or support ticketing systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
