Position - Customer onboarding and support executive only female Candidates Experience - 6 months- 1 yrs Location - New Delhi Notice Period - Immediate joiner- 15 days Skills - Solving Customer queries Customer support Collaborate with our internal team Identify new opportunities support specialists Communication skillsAbout the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Onboarding and Support Executive to join our team in Delhi The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers resolving queries efficiently and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities - Guide new customers through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth and positive experience - Handle and resolve customer queries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post-onboarding support - Collaborate closely with internal teams Sales Product Tech etc to resolve issues and improve processes - Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products services - Collect feedback and share insights with the team to enhance customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities Key Skills Qualifications - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support Customer Success or similar roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams - Familiarity with CRM tools or support ticketing systems is a plus - Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred ref updazz com
