About the Role

ReSource Pro is looking for a dynamic Manager Service Delivery to lead and inspire our service delivery teams in Bangalore. Reporting To: Director – Service Delivery

You will be responsible for leading service delivery operations, ensuring client satisfaction, driving process improvement, managing budgets, and engaging a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent & Team Management: Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing delivery team, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Client Services: Oversee day-to-day client operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless onboarding.
  • Business Growth: Partner with business development to enhance client experience and support revenue growth.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve complex client issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
  • Budget & Planning: Manage resources, staffing, and budgets to meet business and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in people management.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a client-centric environment.
