Manage service delivery:
SLA, capacity planning, escalations, client onboarding, process improvement & enhancement.
Oversee people management: recruitment, training, performance evaluation.
Responsibility Area (E.g. Budgeting & Planning, Team Management, etc.)

Business Growth
Problem Solving
Multiple Managing Projects
