Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Create personalized and engaging email content to boost conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Enhance automation and trigger journeys with AI tools and personalization techniques.
  • Develop and implement new email templates (e.g., property roundups, agent updates, referrals).
  • Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing best practices.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

Key Deliverables

  • Send at least 
    3 emails per brand per week
    .
  • Execute bi-weekly 
    Instant Valuation Tool (IVT)
     emails and quarterly valuation campaigns.
  • Implement 
    mortgage anniversary
     and 
    e-zine trigger
     emails.
  • Build 
    3 new automated email sequences per brand
     to improve customer journeys.
  • Use AI tools for content efficiency and personalization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years in email marketing or digital communications.
  • Expertise in email platforms, automation tools, and performance tracking.
  • Strong copywriting, A/B testing, and segmentation skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR compliance and deliverability best practices.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
