Job Purpose
This role represents a unique opportunity to join an innovative firm at the intersection of banking and real estate investment, driving growth and delivering outstanding value to discerning investors across African markets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives focused on wealth management and property investment products, infrastructure, specifically targeting high-net-worth client segments within the banking industry..
- Leverage deep expertise in both banking and real estate investments to tailor solutions that meet the complex needs of sophisticated investors.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), family offices, private equity real estate clients, and institutional investors.
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities across African markets, including Gabon, Benin, Togo, and Cameroon, by building and maintaining an extensive network of key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as investment, product, and marketing to design bespoke investment solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets through ethical sales practices and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics in the banking and real estate sectors to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure a seamless post-sales experience that upholds the highest standards of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Educational Qualifications And Experience
- Experience: 15–20 years of sales experience within the banking sector, with specialized expertise or a proven record in real estate investments and property investment solutions.
- Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of African markets, particularly Gabon, Benin, Togo, and Cameroon, with an established network in these regions.
- Client Network: Well-connected within banking circles, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors with a focus on real estate investment opportunities.
Sales Characteristics:
Solution-driven mindset with excellent skills in negotiation, deal-closing, and client relationship management.
- High integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
Strong leadership skills with a history of developing and motivating successful sales teams.
Location: Based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), India, with expected travel to African markets and Dubai.
