We are currently seeking a Junior Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Sikka Realtors. This full-time position is based in New Delhi, covering areas such as West Delhi and South West Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate sales and will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Qualifications And Skills. Minimum of 1 year to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to successfully close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Competent in market analysis to provide clients with accurate and insightful property evaluations.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Knowledgeable in property valuation to assist clients in setting realistic and competitive prices.
- Experience with various real estate sales strategies to optimize property sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

- Conduct market analysis to assess property values and provide clients with informed advice.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales contracts and ensure all legal aspects are handled correctly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including trends and property listings.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Attend property viewings, conduct open houses, and facilitate property tours for prospective buyers
