Business Development Associate – Real Estate (Cold Calling & Prospecting)

Gurgaon (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a
dynamic, confident, and articulate female professional
to join our real estate advisory team as a Business Development Associate. This role is focused on
cold outreach, lead generation, and prospecting
. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and setting the foundation for high-value real estate transactions.

Closures and negotiations will be assisted and guided directly by senior leadership, giving you exposure to
premium real estate projects, investment advisory, and client relationship management
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our real estate portfolio
  • Prospect and qualify leads for residential and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Coordinate with senior leadership for client meetings and deal closures
  • Maintain lead records and update CRM.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
  • Ability to build quick rapport over phone calls
  • Prior telesales/real estate experience preferred but
    not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship
