Job Title: Real Estate Leasing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Leasing Executive (Male) who can manage property leasing activities, coordinate with property owners and tenants, and ensure smooth execution of lease agreements. The ideal candidate should be calm and patient in handling interactions, while being proactive in closing leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective tenants to generate leasing opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries and follow up with tenants for property leasing.
  • Maintain updated records of available properties, tenant requirements, and leasing status.
  • Coordinate and schedule property visits, inspections, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and tenants.
  • Support in finalizing and closing lease agreements with a professional and persuasive approach.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate with 1–3 years of experience in real estate leasing/co-ordination.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Patient personality with a proactive leasing mindset.
  • Must own a scooty/bike (conveyance/fuel will be reimbursed).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Excel).
