We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager / CRM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising industry, with a specialized focus on outdoor (OOH) media. This role is responsible for managing multiple client relationships from end to end, ensuring their advertising needs are met with excellence and strategic insight. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong rapport, understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial brief to post-campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, fostering long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals to develop tailored OOH advertising strategies.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, performance, and future opportunities.
  • Actively seek to understand and address client challenges, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Campaign Management (End-to-End):
  • Manage the entire OOH campaign lifecycle, including:
  • Briefing & Strategy:
    Taking and interpreting client briefs, and collaborating with internal teams (e.g., creative, media planning) to develop strategic proposals.
  • Planning & Execution:
    Overseeing the media planning process, booking advertising spaces, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Tracking campaign performance against agreed-upon KPIs and providing detailed reports and insights to clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Conducting post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • CRM & Sales Support:
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all client communications, activities, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional OOH services and products to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on new business pitches and proposals when required.
  • Assist in forecasting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the outdoor advertising landscape, including different media formats (billboards, transit, street furniture, digital OOH), market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and innovations in the OOH space.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including media planning, creative, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate client needs and feedback clearly to internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role within the advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of the outdoor (OOH) advertising sector is essential.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients simultaneously and achieving client satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong business acumen.
