Shift timings: 4:00 PM-01 AM & 10 PM - 07 AM, along with Weekend working.

Two consecutive offs on weekdays + Remote (Work from Home)

Must have a laptop/desktop or be able to arrange it for 1st round of the interview, as there will be a typing test.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Connecting people and work is our passion, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented, multi-tasking, internet-savvy Process Associate to join our team This position is in our Centralized Services Group, which is a trusted partner in providing administrative support functions to applicants, employees and client support teams.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Work efficiently to resolve and complete tasks accurately and timely in order to meet Service Level metrics
  • Work in a team environment and be able to respond to queries from both US and India employees
  • Should have good English verbal and Email Writing Skills.
  • Use procedures, policies, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in answering inquiries
  • Will be able to work night shifts
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
