Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing service delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate completion of client projects and tasks.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on client interactions, project status, and service delivery metrics.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and collaborate with teams on solutions.

Qualifications:
• Experience in a BPO or call center environment handling client coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (Day and UK) as required by business needs.
