
Accounts and Administration Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager with experience in basic accounting to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning while maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires someone who can work independently, is well-organised, and has experience working directly with senior leaders. Women applicants are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Work with the external CA to file GST, taxes, generate financial reports, balance sheets, and statements
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
Administrative Duties
- Closely coordinate with teams for day-to-day operations
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and internal records
- Support admin tasks such as attendance tracking, budgeting, purchasing and basic payroll assistance
- Handle communication with stakeholders and team members across India
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.Tally, Zoho Books) and MS Office
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Pet Friendly - We have Dogs in Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
