We're Hiring: Marketing Manager (Education Sector)

Location: Trivandrum

Educators Institute of Management is a premier institute offering world-class professional courses like CMA (US) and ACCA. We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our admission and outreach efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of the admission process and lead generation strategy.

Conduct college visits and establish strong relationships with HODs and college management to promote our CMA and ACCA programs.

Plan and deliver orientations, seminars, and workshops to students in partner institutions.

Develop and implement direct marketing strategies for institutional and student outreach.

Manage and motivate the telecalling team, ensuring targets are met and conversions are maximized.

Collaborate with the academic and operations team to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.

Represent the institute at events, fairs, and educational expos.


Requirements:

MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the education or edtech sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently.

A proven track record in student admissions or B2B educational partnerships is a plus.
