As a Product Manager at Leapwork, you'll join a global, high-performing Product team shaping the future of autonomous testing. You'll take ownership of key areas within our platform, driving initiatives from initial research to delivery and adoption.
Your role is not just to ship features. It's to help us transform the industry of Quality Assurance and accelerate our journey toward a fully autonomous QA platform where every release drives measurable value and growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with curiosity, technical depth, and a passion for applying AI to solve real-world software quality challenges.
Key responsibilities:
Independently find and describe new opportunities
Conduct user research, data analysis, and market exploration to uncover opportunities for autonomous innovation across the testing cycle. Leveraging rapid prototyping tools to independently build proof-of-concepts and demo it confidently to customers for feedback. Define Epics and user stories with clear, specific, and measurable outcomes.Ensure we continuously ship high-quality features
Collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, and QA to build elegant, AI-infused user experiences that make complex testing effortless. Actively manage the product backlog and ensure the team builds the right thing, the right way in due time with external & internal commitments. Work with QA to ensure proper testing and validation of functionality.Brings a mindset to see Product development as a growth engine:
Evaluate opportunities through the lens of customer value and business growth, not just feature output. Analyze post-launch performance, user behavior, and adoption signals to refine the roadmap. Champion experimentation and data-driven iteration as key parts of our autonomous system design philosophy.Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience from the software industry field. Demonstrated ability to take new product ideas (especially AI-powered features) from concept to delivery. Experience and strong interest in AI, automation, or intelligent systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with an emphasis on autonomy and accountability. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into user value. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology industries. Familiarity with software testing, quality assurance, or test automation is a major plus. Technical fluency and comfort discussing architecture and design choices with engineering teams.
