About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager (Electronics Procurement) to lead and manage the sourcing, vendor development, and procurement of electronic products/components. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electronics procurement, supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization, along with proven experience in product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for electronic products and components.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors/suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Drive cost negotiations, contract management, and supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define procurement needs.
  • Manage the entire procurement cycle from vendor selection to order placement and delivery.
  • Handle international/overseas procurement, vendor development, and supplier management, including coordination with global suppliers (China, Korea, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor sourcing strategies, and new product opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Analyze procurement data and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure budget adherence and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Electronics/Engineering; MBA or Supply Chain certification preferred.
  • 7 –10 years of proven experience in electronics procurement/product management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and procurement tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
