About the job company Overview:

We are a leading jewelry manufacturing company focused on high-quality craftsmanship and timely production for domestic and international markets. We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our production floor, manage a large team, and ensure smooth coordination between production, vendors, and management.

Key responsibilities:

A. Team Management:

1. Supervise and manage a production team of 100+ members across multiple departments.

2. Ensure high productivity, quality output, and adherence to timelines.

3. Conduct daily team briefings and allocate responsibilities effectively.

B. Production Planning & Execution:

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet order deadlines.

2. Monitor daily output and ensure smooth workflow between design, casting, polishing, setting, and QC departments.

3. Coordinate closely with management to align production targets with business goals.

C. Vendor & Order Management:

1. Liaise with external vendors for raw materials, job work, and finishing processes.

2. Track order progress, material availability, and delivery timelines.

3. Maintain vendor performance records and resolve issues proactively.

D. Data & Report Management:

1. Maintain and analyze production reports using Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

2. Prepare MIS reports, production dashboards, and efficiency trackers.

3. Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements through data insights.

E. E-commerce & Order Processing:

1. Coordinate with the e-commerce team for product readiness, packaging, and dispatches.

2. Ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery for online platforms.

F. Quality Control & Compliance:

1. Ensure adherence to company quality standards and safety protocols.

2. Work with QC teams to minimize defects and rework.

Qualification:

  • Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month
