Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product management with exposure to AI-powered or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing product adoption, growing feature usage, and enhancing user engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience using product analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Power BI, Amplitude).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, NLP, model integration, and data privacy concerns.
  • Strong project management skills; capable of driving complex initiatives from ideation to launch within set timelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
