The ideal candidate will own the product vision and roadmap, drive product adoption, and lead the development of impactful features through data-driven decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management with exposure to AI-powered or enterprise SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success in increasing product adoption, growing feature usage, and enhancing user engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Experience using product analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Power BI, Amplitude).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, NLP, model integration, and data privacy concerns.
- Strong project management skills; capable of driving complex initiatives from ideation to launch within set timelines.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
