Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role at AL Fahad Global Enterprises, located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support representative will address customer queries, provide efficient resolutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and offer technical support as needed. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring high-quality service to enhance the customer experience. Proactive communication and collaboration with other departments may also be required.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills: ability to assist clients effectively and ensure their needs are met.
  • Interpersonal Skills: excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building abilities to foster positive customer engagement.
  • Technical Support skills: proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and accurately.
  • Analytical Skills: ability to assess problems, understand customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Patience, adaptability, and organizational skills to maintain service quality in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
