Role Description

This is a full-time remote Manager role. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives related to biodiversity, agroecology, regenerative organic agriculture, and reforestation. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful achievement of project goals. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, budget management, and reporting on project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring progress
  • Experience in biodiversity, agroecology, regenerative agriculture, or reforestation
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills
  • Budget Management and Financial Reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the nonprofit or environmental sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Management, or related field
