Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager located in New Delhi. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations, managing IT staff, and implementing IT projects. Key tasks include ensuring the security of IT systems, maintaining hardware and software, managing budgets, and developing IT policies. The IT Manager will also work to improve the company's technology infrastructure and ensure its efficient and secure operation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT management, IT project management, and IT staff coordination
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, information security, and infrastructure management
  • Proficiency in hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
  • Skills in budget management, vendor management, and contract negotiations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in the digital services industry is a plus
