Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Mumbai. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure project timelines and goals are met, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing workflow processes, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and maintaining productive client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including experience in mentoring and performance evaluation
  • Project management skills, including workflow optimization, planning, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in the lighting or related industry is highly preferred, with knowledge of technical systems and solutions
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic work environment
  • Educational background in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant project management and office productivity tools
