Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site managerial role located in New Delhi, India. The Manager will oversee daily operations, assist with client relations, guide students through admission processes, and coordinate with university partners. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient team operations, managing timelines and deliverables, and supporting the marketing and communication strategies. The role also involves participating in training sessions, managing queries, and monitoring service delivery to maintain high standards of service excellence for students.
